The Town of Madison Land Use Plan was officially adopted by the Board of Aldermen in May, 2004 and readopted by the Board of Aldermen in 2013.
The Town of Madison Land Use Plan was developed with the cooperation of the citizens of Madison, Board of Aldermen, Town Planning and Zoning Board, Town staff, and the Madison Land Use Plan Advisory Committee. This plan serves as a guide to help our community make land use decisions and to provide for the orderly growth and development of the Town. The plan will be reviewed and revised periodically by the Town Board of Aldermen after formal adoption, as conditions within the Town’s planning jurisdiction change over time.
